Steve Kozak

Director of Video Production

Steve is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Electronic Media Production. Throughout his career, he has worked in many facets of production and production account management. Steve also works as a field producer and scoreboard designer for the Cleveland Indians, additionally instructing for the multimedia department at Virginia Marti College of Art & Design.

Chad Paul

Digital Media Production Specialist

Chad Paul is a graduate from both Virginia Marti College of Art and Design & Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Chad's background consists primarily of graphic design, but has progressed into the digital media industry. Chad specializes in graphic design, editing, motion graphics, as well as camera operations and video production.

Abigail Carter

Producer/Editor/Motion Graphic Designer

Abigail Carter is a graduate of Kent State University's Electronic Media Production Program. Abby also works for the "Q TV" Quicken Loans Arena production team as a camera operator and producer. She specializes in motion graphic design and animation, as well as production management, camera operation and editing.

Phil Hoyt

Director of Photography/Technical/Editor

Phil Hoyt is a current student at Virginia Marti College of Art Design. Phil has directed multiple music videos for local artists, documentries and short films. Phil has an incredible eye for lighting and shooting, and an extense knowledge of production equipment and technology. Phil also has training in 3D animation, and has a diverse background in web programming and online video marketing.

Matt Scott

Talent Development & Writer

Matt Scott is a screenwriter and filmmaker based in New York City. Since attending New York University, he has built a strong and varied background in film, video, theater, and sketch comedy. Matt works with Fathom Online as a video writer and East Coast talent coordinator, bringing the rich diversity and talent of New York's acting world to Fathom.
